How I Got Here
I worked as a medical transcriptionist for 10 years in some of the best Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and healthcare documentation companies gaining insight into the workings of patient healthcare. In my role as a Specialist Healthcare Documentation Analyst, I spent a lot of time understanding how healthcare businesses operate – the terminology, the pressure the doctors and clinic owners face everyday.
Then came a career change. One that felt uncertain at first but quickly became the best decision I ever made.
I discovered Digital Marketing – and more importantly, I discovered a gap hiding in plain sight right here in Nagpur.
What I See in Nagpur Every Day
Walk down any street in Nagpur and you’ll find superb doctors, dedicated coaching teachers, and hardworking local business owners. People who are genuinely good at what they do.
But most of them are invisible online.
Not because they don’t use the internet, everyone today has a smartphone, everyone is using WhatsApp and Facebook. But there’s a huge difference between using the internet and making the internet work for YOU!
Most businesses in Nagpur are missing patients, students, and customers simply because they’re not showing up when people search for them on Google.
That’s the gap I decided to fill.
Why My Background Actually Matters to You
Most digital marketers will work with anyone – from a saree shop to a software company. Nothing wrong with that. But I chose to focus specifically on specialty clinics and coaching institutes in Nagpur.
My 10 years as a Specialist Healthcare Documentation Analyst is a big reason why.
When a dermatologist or a physiotherapist talks to me about their practice, I’m not nodding and pretending to understand. I already know the environment, the patients, the pressures. That background gives me genuine insight that most digital marketers in Nagpur simply don’t have.
Beyond that, I keep things simple and transparent. No big words, no confusing reports, no disappearing after the setup is done. When you work with me, you work directly with me. Every single time.
A Little About Me Beyond Work
I’m a book person. Always have been. Give me a good whodunit and a cup of coffee and I’m sorted for hours.
I also love walking. Walkers Street in the evening is genuinely something else. There’s a quietness in the hustle and bustle there that just makes the place addictive.
Oh and I’m a complete animal person. If you have a pet, we already have something to talk about before we even get to business!
I started Digital Marketing because I wanted the freedom to do meaningful work on my own terms. But more than that I genuinely believe every local business in Nagpur deserves to be found online. The tools are available to everyone. The knowledge should be too.
